SAFEGUARDS

• Avoid contact with heating elements, hot pans, or other hot surfaces. Not intended for use as a hot pad or trivet. Mat is not oven-safe.
• Before placing mat on countertop, ensure countertop is clean and free of all residues for best stability.

CLEANING

• Wash the mat with a nonabrasive cleaner before using for the first time.
• Dishwasher-safe when placed away from the heating element. For best results, dish wash flat.
• Keep the mat flat when you’re washing and storing so it doesn’t lose its shape.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, such as steel wool, scouring pads, or cleaners with chlorine bleach as this may scratch the surface.

USE AND CARE

• Mat is intended for light prep tasks only. Mat will show cut marks. This is typical with material and is considered normal wear and tear. This does not affect the functionality of the product.
• Always cut on the smooth side of the mat, not the nonslip side.
• For dough, follow package or recipe directions.

CLEANING

• Wash before using for the first time; dishwasher-safe on the top rack only.

STORAGE

The handle collapses for easy storage:

• To open the handle, hold the base with your fingers along one edge. With your other hand, pull up on the handle and snap it into place.
• To close the handle, hold the base with your fingers along one edge. With your other hand, snap the handle down toward the base.

USE AND CARE

1. Place the top of the pretzel form with handle up over the base piece.
2. Roll out a piece of dough to 15" (38 cm) long and ." (2-cm) thick.
3. Center the dough rope at the bottom of the pretzel form, with the ends extending out on either side.
4. Take one end of the rope and follow the arrows; repeat with the other end of the rope. Press down on each end to seal. (See illustration.) Repeat with the remaining dough ropes.
5. Lift the top pretzel form with the dough off the bottom. Continue according to package or recipe directions. Repeat with the remaining dough ropes.

CLEANING

• Wash the brush before using it for the first time; dishwasher-safe.
• Hand wash the brush in warm, soapy water.
• To clean the brush, remove the head by holding the handle and gently pulling the base of the head. To put it back together, hold the handle and push the head back on.
• Before storing, towel or air-dry the brush completely.
