The Large Grooved Cutting Board is like two boards in one! One side is flat, and the other has a large groove to catch juice from meat or fruit. It’s a true essential—it protects your countertops from scratches, and also helps prevent knives from dulling.

The groove holds up to ¾ cup of liquid.
High-density polypropylene.
Gray nonslip edges wrap around both sides, and have measure marks in ¼" increments on one side and ½-cm increments on the other.

- Avoid contact with heating elements, hot pans, or other hot surfaces.
- To avoid staining of board and soft grip material, rinse immediately. If staining occurs, scrub board with household cleanser or chlorine bleach and hot water. Deep clean and remove odors using a solution of bleach and water, refer to bleach label for details.
- Do not cut on soft-grip edges.
