1. Grasp cutter at rolled top edge and press straight down into dough or food; lift cutter.
2. To release food from cutter, gently press out with fingertips.
- Do not twist cutter while pressing down. Twisting cutter may affect how biscuits or puff pastry rise.
Creative Ideas for Use:
- Window Cookies: Roll out cookie dough as recipes directs. Cut rounds using the 3" (7.5-cm) cutter. Cut out centers of cookies with small shaped cutters, such as the Creative Cutters Set. Bake as recipe directs.
