CLEANING
- Wash prior to first use; dishwasher-safe on top rack.
- To minimize discoloration, rinse immediately after use. If staining occurs, scrub with chlorine bleach and hot water. Deep clean and remove odors using a solution of bleach and water. Refer to bleach label for details.
USE
- To press burgers, remove slider insert from base by unclipping tabs.
To press sliders, keep slider insert clipped into base. - Place raw meat into base.
- Gently press meat using dual-sided press to form an even patty. Slightly twist the press to help spread the meat out evenly in the base.
- To remove patty, flip over and push center of base.
TIPS
- Do not use with sharp utensils. This may damage the product and void the guarantee.
- For best release with thinner patties and/or sticky mixtures, lightly coat burger base and top of patty with rub, seasoning or breadcrumbs before pressing, or apply oil to press and base.
