THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LEGAL RESIDENTS IN THE 50 UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, PUERTO RICO, AND CANADA INCLUDING APO/FPO ADDRESSES (EXCLUDING OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND QUEBEC) ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT PROCEED WITH THIS CONTEST IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT IN THE 50 UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, PUERTO RICO OR CANADA.

The Gather Around the Table Giveaway is sponsored by The Pampered Chef, Ltd. (“Sponsor”). The contest is governed by these official rules. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. All references to specific dollar figures herein are stated in local currency. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Canada including APO/FPO addresses (excluding other U.S. Territories and Quebec), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who have hosted a qualifying Table party of $200 in guest sales in the United States or $200 in guest sales in Canada; hosts who do not meet this eligibility requirement will be disqualified. In addition to the selected winners, party hosts, their corresponding direct sales Consultant (“Consultant”) shall receive notice of the winner and be eligible for the same monthly prize as outlined above.

Pampered Chef consultants are not eligible as host. Consultants who have entry(ies), but are dropped, resigned or terminated before the winner is selected and the product(s)/reward(s) is shipped, are not eligible to receive the product(s)/award(s). If this occurs, Hosts will receive their prize.

Pampered Chef employees, officers of The Pampered Chef, Ltd., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as members of their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same household as those individuals, whether or not they are related, are not eligible to enter or win. Furthermore, any entrant who has ever been convicted of a felony will not be eligible. Sponsor and Administrator have the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant and disqualify those who don’t meet the eligibility requirements. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.

CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM CST on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on Friday, December 31, 2021 (“Contest Period”). All eligible parties must be submitted to the Home Office by a consultant on or before 11:59:59 PM CST on the last day of the qualifying month. At the end of each month during the Contest Period, Sponsor will use the pool of eligible contestants to pick winners. After the winners are selected for the corresponding month, Sponsor will start a new pool for the next month until the Contest Period has ended.

HOW TO ENTER
Host a Pampered Chef Table party (cooking party, virtual party, catalog party, fundraiser party, wedding shower, Shared Rewards) with at least $200 in guest sales in the United States ($200 in guest sales in Canada) during the Contest Period and you’ll automatically be entered for a chance to win the below products during the corresponding month Your party must be closed and submitted to the Home Office by 11:59:59 PM CST on December 31 ^st, 2021 on the last day of the corresponding month.

Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for every qualifying Table party submitted during the specific month. Mass entries or mechanical reproductions, or late, lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected, damaged, inaccurate, incomplete, and/or postage due entries are void. Any attempt at entry except as above stated is void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Additional Entry Conditions: Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. No mailed, telephoned, faxed, or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged nor will proof of submission of an entry form be deemed proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account on file at Sponsor of the host and the corresponding consultant will be deemed to be the entrant s. The “authorized account” holder is the natural person assigned the e-mail account. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be entered into a drawing. One hundred (100) Winners total will be selected each month from a single pool consisting of both US and Canadian entries. In addition to the selected Winners, party hosts, their corresponding direct sales Consultant (“Consultant”) shall receive notice of the Winner and be eligible for the same monthly prize as outlined above. Winners and Consultant shall be contacted by email and/or by phone by the 20 ^th day of the following month to claim their prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries Sponsor receives.

Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account and/or phone for prize notification or other communications related to this Contest. Furthermore, once notified, any Canadian winner shall be required to answer a skills-based question in order to claim their prize as required by the Canadian Competition Act. The skills-based question shall be solely administered by the Sponsor and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a winner for their inability to correctly answer the skills-based question and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within four (4) days using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. At Sponsor’s sole option, the potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release within fifteen (15) days of date of issuance. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

PRIZES
One hundred (100) Winners and the corresponding one hundred (100) Consultants will each receive the prize that corresponds to the month in which the host submitted a qualifying Table party. All references to specific dollar figures herein are listed in local currency. The selected winners, party hosts, their corresponding direct sales Consultant (“Consultant”) will receive the same monthly prize. Shipping of the selected products to the winners will be covered by Sponsor. Terms and conditions apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries Sponsor receives. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted; however, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) with another of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for The Pampered Chef, Ltd. and its designees to use the winners’ respective name, city and state of residence and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity at discretion of Sponsor without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Contest cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. As described above, Winners may be required, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, to complete and return an Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful) and tax forms. The Released Parties and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise. ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT PROVISION. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES, THE SOCIAL NETWORKING PLATFORM THAT HOUSES THE CONTEST ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AND EMPLOYEES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST.

In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. By entering the Contest, all entrants agree to (i) be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters and (ii) release and hold harmless Released Parties from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, actions or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, related to personal injury, death, damage to property, infringement of proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy or defamation) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest and/or the acceptance and use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES (I) MAKE NO WARRANTY, GUARANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATING TO THE CONTEST AND/OR THE PRIZES; AND (II) DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY.

All requests must be received by Friday December 31, 2021. Winners will be notified by the 20^th day following the month their qualified Table party is submitted.
