Freezer Storage Containers
The thin, shallow containers allow ice cream to freeze quickly and give it a smoother texture. The plastic lids are designed for stacking and you can write on them with a dry erase marker for easy labeling. And these containers aren’t only good for the freezer—they can be used in an oven, toaster oven, or even under the broiler for convenient, one-serving meals.

Use & Care
Use & Care
- Pans can reach extremely cold temperatures. To prevent injury, always protect your hands when handling frozen pans, especially when you remove them from the freezer. If your fingers get stuck to a pan, run your fingers under warm water.
- Always use caution when handling hot or cold pans. Use a heat-resistant oven mitt or pad when handling hot or cold pans or placing them on surfaces.
- Lid is not oven-safe.
- Don’t use the pans for broiling high-fat foods.
- Not microwave-safe.
SAFEGUARDS
- The pans are safe in conventional ovens, convection ovens, and broilers. Lid is not oven- or broiler-safe. Higher temperatures may cause flexing. Once the pans cool, they will return to normal shape. Don’t expose to extreme temperatures; they will cause warping.
- Don’t use the pans on glass or ceramic cooktops, electric coil, gas burner range, induction (magnetic) range, or outdoor grills.
- Don’t use aerosol nonstick sprays. They may create a sticky, difficult-to-clean residue if the container isn’t washed immediately or if it gets overheated.
- You can use metal utensils with this pan, but scratching will occur.
CLEANING
- Wash before using for the first time; dishwasher-safe on the top rack.
- Don’t soak the pans. Make sure to dry the pans completely after washing to prevent rust. If rusting occurs, use an aluminum polisher and cleanser, then rinse and dry completely. Do not use aluminum polisher and cleanser on the lids.
- Only use a soft sponge, cloth, or kitchen brush for cleaning. Don’t use abrasive cleansers such as steel wool, cleansers with bleach, or oven-cleaning solutions.
- Let the pans come to room temperature before cleaning.
- Pans will naturally darken with use and dishwashing. This won’t affect performance. To maintain the luster of the pans, hand wash.
USE AND CARE
- To use in the freezer, fill the pan, secure the lid, and place in the freezer.
- Food expands as it freezes. Do not overfill the containers. The lids may pop off if overfilled.
- For oven use:
- The pans are oven-safe to 450°F (232°C).
- Lid is not oven- or broiler-safe.
- Line the pans with parchment paper to bake salty or acidic food to prevent small pits from forming on the surface.
