TO USE
1. Place the strainer over a bowl or large pot. Don’t let the base of the strainer touch the base of the bowl.
2. Pour liquid, puree, etc., through the strainer.
3. Use a scraper or spoon to push thicker foods like vegetable purees through the strainer. When straining thinner liquids like stock or broth, tap the rim of the strainer to help the liquid flow through without pressing through any small food particles.
