Cast iron’s excellent heat retention means that food stays hot and delicious even someone’s running late for dinner. They’re also heat-safe to 650°F, so they hold up to searing, sautéing, baking, frying, broiling, grilling, and even campfire cooking. Metal tools won’t damage them either.

Both pans have low-profile pour spouts that let you easily drain off pan juices whether you’re left- or right-handed. Each skillet has two handles that give you stability to lift and carry them. And, they nest together for easy storage.
