SAFEGUARD
- Do not leave the presses on a hot surface like the stovetop for an extended amount of time.
- Not meant for use in the oven, microwave, or grill.
- Always use the presses on a stable surface.
CLEANING
- Wash before using for the first use; dishwasher-safe when placed away from the heating elements.
TO USE
- Choose a press. Use the square press with the Brownie Pan, the rectangle press with the Mini Loaf Pan, and the round press with the Muffin Pan.
- Screw the handle onto the press by turning it clockwise.
- Bake your food in the desired pan according to your recipe. Note: Fill your pans with more batter or dough to get a more defined boat (about 2/3 full depending on your recipe). Do not overfill the pans.
- Allow the food to cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
- On a firm surface, with even pressure, gently press the boat press into the food until the edges of the press make contact with the top of the pan.
TIPS
- This product is best used with Pampered Chef pans.
- Works best with brownies and cookies.
- The presses work best when food is still warm.
- For spongy foods like cake, use the press immediately after removing food from the oven to get the best results.
- If the press sticks to the food, brush the press with oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- For rice cereal treats, cover the press in plastic wrap to keep it from sticking.
