Make a dozen beautifully browned, evenly baked muffins and cupcakes in our Muffin Pan. Made of dark aluminized steel, this pan will give you even heat distribution and perfect results every time. The extended edges make sure you always have a good grip.

CLEANING
- Wash prior to first use; hand wash only. Do not dishwash or clean with abrasive cleaners or scouring pads as this will damage the surface.
USE AND CARE
- Pan is safe in conventional and convection ovens up to 450°F (230°C).
- Pan is not broiler-, freezer- or microwave-safe.
- Extreme temperature change will cause warping. Always allow the pan to cool to room temperature before adding liquid or cleaning.
- Do not use the pan on glass or ceramic cooktops, electric coil, gas burner range, induction (magnetic) range, or an outdoor grill.
- Using metal utensils will cause scratching.
- Preheat the oven, reducing the suggested recipe temperature by 25°F (4°C). Darker pans require slightly lower temperatures. NOTE: All Pampered Chef® recipes using this pan already reflect the temperature reduction.
- Spray each cup with nonstick cooking spray and wipe away excess with a paper towel to prevent oil buildup on the pan. You can use paper baking cups instead of nonstick cooking spray.
- Fill each cup two-thirds full. If every cup in the pan is not filled, fill the empty cups with water to prevent scorching.
- Remove the pan from the oven and cool according to the package or recipe directions.
- Remove the muffins from the pan and cool completely on a cooling rack.
